You must read and agree to the contents of this notice before completing an application for employment. If you are hired, this notice and the entire application package will become a permanent part of your personnel file.
Our business is to provide qualified and professional drivers as well as other personnel to our customers. At all times we will remain your employer and as such will be responsible to assist you with all personnel-related matters.
All commercially licensed drivers must meet the following requirements:
Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
Applicant must possess a valid driver's license for the state in which they are applying for work.
Applicant must have 2 years of consecutive, recent, verifiable driving experience.
Applicant must submit original MVR (10 years) that is no more than 30 days old.
No DUI or reckless driving convictions on H6 MVR.
No more than two (2) moving violations in 12 months and no more than three (3) moving violations in the last 36 months (no 2-point violations in last 36 months).
No open Failure to Appear (FTA) charges.
No more than two (2) Failure to Appear (FTA) convictions.
No more than one (1) at fault accident in last 5 years and no more than two (2) at fault in last 10 years; review police report.
No more than four (4) total accidents (chargeable or non-chargeable) revealed in employment verification process.
No driving while your license is under suspension or revocation within past 5 years.
No open container violations.
Positive, documented employment verifications from at least two recent employers (36-month history).
Applicant must possess a valid medical card and long form physical.
Applicant must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.
All applicants are subject to a background check.
